While Billy is rotting is jail because he's keeping a secret, Chloe knows who gave Billy the information about Victoria and her affair with Deacon. So she tells the judge so that Billy will be able to see his daughter celebrate her first Christmas. It doesn't seem to phase him because when Billy comes to Restless Style, he tells Chloe she's fired. Chloe is fired from Restless Style!
